The Faculty of Built Environment (FBE), University of Malaya (UM) developed this Emergency Response Plan (ERP) as a document to be referred to so that it can be used when facing emergencies, especially fire cases. The preparation of the ERP is important so that emergency situations at PTj can be controlled and handled as best as possible and in an orderly manner. This Emergency Response Plan will control all types of emergencies that may be controlled by the FBE. In the meantime, if an emergency occurs that cannot be controlled effectively, external agencies with their respective expertise and capabilities will be involved, such as the UM Health Clinic, the University of Malaya Security Division, the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department, the Royal Malaysian Police and the like.
